Subject: Cequent Towing Products is no longer recommending the use of a Sidewinder or 5th Airborne Sidewinder with Curt (brand) Q5 fifth wheel hitch.

Issue: The Curt Q5 5th wheel hitch has a rubber mounted center section which allows too much movement. This movement will not allow the Sidewinder to function properly and could cause the vehicle and trailer not to handle properly.
